My name is Julio Galindo. I am photographer based in Raleigh, the growing heart of North Carolina. I created this blog to merge two of my passions: photography and writing. I’ve been enjoying the art of photography for nearly two decades. I purchased my very first digital camera with manual settings almost twenty years ago. It makes me feel old to see that it is now a museum article!

My interest in writing has been a rather secret hobby of mine, and it dates way back to the time when I was still in school. I owe my inclination to the craft to the excellent Language and Literature teachers that I had from fifth grade. I decided to use this skill to publish articles on this blog regularly.
